The idea for the compilation was a result of lying in bed after a few 'Savanna Dry' in the 'Coffee Shack Backpackers' in Coffee Bay while listening to Thomas Marx 'Cry from stroke'. Now about one year later and months of work we finished working on the project and it all became a really nice piece of art.
"No Borders: South Africa" is dedicated to one of the most beautiful countries on earth. It will take the listener on a musical journey through South Africa with chillout music from Aris Grammenos, Soren S aka S-Tune, Micha Mischer and many more. The opening track which is devoted to Nelson Mandela ("46664" is the number Mandela has worn in prison for nearly 30 years) contains Mandelas first words to a huge audience after his release from prison in 1990.
